Duck Tortellini with Tomato & Olive                       

Serves 2-3

1x packet of Scarletta Duck Tortellini (other stuffed pasta will be good too)

1x jar Scarletta Roma Tomato & Olive Sauce

Sprig Rosemary

Salt & Pepper

Olive oil.

Freshly grated Parmesan


A simple dish that takes less than 10 minutes to produce and can be done on a single stove. A great option after a long day at work and quicker than a takeaway.  Very little washing up and always delicious.


How to cook


Bring a pan of salted water to the boil and cook the tortellini following the cooking instructions (4 minutes from frozen), once cooked, drain but reserve a little of the cooking water.

Now heat the sauce up in a shallow pan with a sprig of rosemary. Once hot through add a splash of the cooking liquid, a gulp of olive oil and the cooked tortellini and cook for a further minute or two in the sauce.





Serve with freshly grated parmesan, a sprig of rosemary and a salad on the side.
