Sloane’s buys whole carcass  High welfare Angus & Wagyu prime breeds of beef from a selection of cooperatives & privately owned farms based in the Korat and Buriram regions.

We dry age our carcasses whole before breaking them down into a selection of steaks and various other cuts then further dry age selected cuts for a soft texture and richer beef taste.

As well as fresh beef cuts we make stocks, gravy, burgers, sausages, and a selection of cooked, cured and smoked delights such as our pastrami.
