Butternut Squash Spaghetti (Pasta of the Month)
Pasta of the month!
This month we have our Butternut Squash Spaghetti. Egg free so suitable for any vegans, but also great as part of a vegetarian dish with a Sage Brown Butter Sauce.
Simply cook the spaghetti for two minutes, brown some butter in a hot pan and add some chopped fresh sage and lemon juice. Top with Parmesan and freshly ground pepper.
