This month we have our small ravioli, stuffed with spinach and fresh ricotta.

A great vegetarian option, that works with a selection of sauces from a basic tomato sauce or just some good olive oil and freshly ground black pepper

Frozen, best to cook from frozen for 2-3 minutes
