This month we have our Pork Goulash Pie.
Melt in the mouth braised pork, slightly peppery and full of flavour.
Made with slow braised pork shoulder, sauteed mushrooms, onions and paprika. All in a butter shortcrust pastry base topped with a lard crust lid.
