A long 11-12 bone rack of baby back ribs cut from our free-range pigs.

Beef cheek is a great cut for slow cooking and braising. Excellent as a pie filling or being pulled for a Barbacoa. Ours is cut from our dry-aged Wagyu and Angus, trimmed and ready to cook.

For our Beef stock/ Broth we simmer roasted beef bones for 24 hours to produce a flavorsome stock, which is then reduced for added richness and body.

An American style cut from the shoulder. Cut on the bone, skinned and with a 1cm layer of fat across the top. The perfect cut for slow cooking or smoking.

Prepared and sliced Calves Liver, ready to pan fry or grill. Our Rose Veal come from a small farm in Pak Chong.

Our Chicken broth is a rich, gelatinous chicken broth perfect for a soup, stock or drunk as a bone broth. Made from our naturally raised chickens without the use of hormones or antibiotics.

Classic Garlic Dill Pickles from The Serial Pickler A perfectly balanced dill pickle with a nice garlic kick. Perfect for sandwiches, burgers or as part of a cold cut platter. Unlike supermarket pickles, we don’t pasteurize ours. This ensures that they stay nice and crunchy, and maintain all nutrients. Ingredients: Cucumber, Dill, Garlic, Sea Salt, Sugar, Vinegar, Water.

Our Italian Fennel sausages is a classic Salsiccia di Finocchio. A meaty sausage flavored with toasted fennel seeds. Great grilled, but also a great ingredient to use in a ragu.
